Serena has gone to see an alternative fitness trainer, someone that does things in a "different" way than the trainers at the gym. She sits on the couch and answers some questions about her goal. While she is under the doctor's care, the doctor has her remove her clothes and flex her nude body for her. The doctor also has Serena touch her body and Serena gets very turned on by the whole thing. The doctor eventually sends Serena home from her session.
